Full set of supporting accessories matched with all pressure gauge series, including thread adapters, cooling
radiators, siphon tubes, capilary, angle fittings, overload protection valves, dampers, flushing rings, needle valves,
2/3/5-way manifold valves, mounting brackets and gaskets. All wetted parts adopt 304/316L stainless steel, widely
used for oil, chemical, natural gas, semiconductor and high-temperature/high-pressure pipelines.
Optional Basic Information
Main material: 304 SS (standard); 316L SS upgrade available for corrosive media.
Nominal pressure rating: PN16 ~ PN600MPa; complies with Class150-2500 flange standards.
All accessories can be combined with diaphragm-seal assemblies and full gauge series to form complete
measuring systems.

1. Thread Adapters & Compression Fittings
Welded Nipple (JT11/JT12/JT15/JT16/JT15A/JT16A/JT17A/JT18A)
Fixed or rotatable thread design, end-face sealing with PTFE gasket.
Threads: M20×1.5, G1/2, 1/2 NPT, M14×1.5; weld-in nipple outer diameter Φ8/Φ14/Φ16.
Transition Adapter (JT21-JT24 series)
Bi-directional male-to-female thread conversion. Covers common instrument threads: M20×1.5, G1/2, 1/2 NPT, R1/4, R3/8, etc.
Single / Double Ferrule Compression Fitting (JT31/JT33/JT34)
Nominal pressure: PN16MPa (2320psi); suitable for tube OD Φ8/10/12/14. Single- or double-ferrule construction for easy field assembly and disassembly.
2. Temperature Reduction Components (For High-Temperature Media)
Radiator SR / SR2 / YL
SR fin-type: PN60MPa (8700psi), cooling efficiency 50-60% (@150°C)
SR2 capilary-type: PN16MPa (2320psi), cooling efficiency 60-70% (@200°C)
YL rigid tube type: PN60MPa (8700psi), cooling efficiency 20-30% (@120°C)
Siphon Tube LW Series
U-shaped buffer structure for medium temperature reduction and pressure-shock absorption. PN25/40/60 MPa
(3625/5800/8700psi); tube size Φ14×2 ~ Φ18×4.
3. Installation Adaptation Fittings
GL Special-Angle Elbow
Rotatable female thread, PN60MPa (8700psi), alows free adjustment of gauge mounting orientation.
RL Capilary Assembly
Custom length: 1-10m. Constructed with 316L stainless-steel capilary and 304 SS bushing; used together with
remote-mount diaphragm-seal assemblies.
FLG / PD Flange Adapter
Converts threaded gauge connection to flange connection. Compatible with MF / MG flange-seal per spec. 06.01.
4. Pipeline Protection Components
GY Over-Pressure Protection Valve
Automaticaly cuts off overpressure to protect gauge sensing elements. Setting range: 10kPa-40MPa (14.5-5800psi),
accuracy ±4%.
ZNQ Adjustable Damper
Eliminates medium-pressure pulsation; adjustable damping 0-100%, PN40MPa (5800psi).
CXH Flushing Ring
Mounted between flange and diaphragm-seal assembly. Enables on-line purging to prevent sediment clogging;
optional ball valve at flushing port.
5. Gaskets DP
Multi-material options: PTFE, T3 copper, vulcanized fiber, 304 / 316L stainless steel. Matches M20×1.5 / M14×1.5
threads.
6. Needle Valves & Manifold Valves
Single Needle Valve FZ Series
Multiple configurations: M-F rotatable, fixed nipple, male-male, fixed F-F, rotatable F-F; DN6, PN160 / 250 / 400bar
(23200 / 36259 / 58015psi).
2-Way Manifold 2FZ / Flange-mount 2FZF
Integrated isolation and vent valve, permits on-line gauge maintenance without pipeline shutdown.
3-Way Manifold 3FZ (For Differential-Pressure Gauges)
Dual isolation valves plus equalizing valve; standard matching for CYP / CYD / CY series differential-pressure gauges.
5-Way Manifold 5FZ
Two isolation valves, two vent valves and one equalizing valve; ful-function for on-line differential-pressure calibration.
7. Mounting Bracket ZJ
For securing differential-pressure gauges onto 2-inch horizontal or vertical pipes; designed for capilary-mount
instalations.
