Core Advantages
Four mainstream flange-style diaphragm-seal types: MFB1, MFB2, MFB3, MG "H-type flange". Fully compatible with global flange standards including GB, HG, DIN, ANSI and JIS. Multiple corrosion-resistant diaphragm and
flange-body material selections are available for high-sulfur crude-oil, highly-corrosive chemical media and
high-temperature pipelines.
MFB3 flush-diaphragm design: The flange is kept out of media contact, effectively preventing media-induced
corrosion and sediment accumulation; well-suited for viscous and crystallizing fluids.
MFB2 full-welded rotatable flange: Allows free angular adjustment for flexible field installation.
MG H-type flange: Multi-size diaphragm options for wide-range pressure matching.
Available Types & Key Differences
MFB1 Internal Diaphragm Flange
Threaded compression-type structure; flange is directly wetted by process media. Span: 0.1-2.5MPa (15-362.5psi),
temperature range: -40~200°C.
MFB2 Full-Welded Internal Diaphragm Flange
Fully welded one-piece construction with rotatable adjustable flange; lining ring is non-wetted. Span: 0.1-40MPa
(15-5800psi), temperature range: -40~200°C.
MFB3 Flush Diaphragm Flange
Diaphragm covers the full flange sealing face; flange is isolated from process media for anti-clogging performance.
Span: 0.1-40MPa (15-5800psi), max. temperature: 200°C; special mating gasket is required.
MG "H" Type Flange
Threaded clamping-type structure; flange is wetted by process media. Multi-specification diaphragms for various
pressure ranges. Span: 0.1-40MPa (15-5800psi), max. operating temperature: 250°C.

Minimum measurable span depends on flange outer diameter and diaphragm dimension.
All types can be assembled with full-series pressure gauge bodies (refer to P34-P38 Y-M diaphragm-seal pressure gauge).
Industry Applications
Oil-field high-sulfur pipelines, refinery reactors, chlor-alkali chemical, pharmaceutical, wastewater-treatment and
food-processing pipelines handling corrosive, viscous and crystallizable media. MFB3 flush-diaphragm type is
preferred for media prone to sediment deposition.
